Sacred and very Rare singing bowls with stories from Frank’s lifetime devoted to music and spirituality since 1964 recorded at Aberdeen Spiritualist Church October 1995. Frank invites us into his world with warmth, passion, humour sharing his wisdom, knowledge, insights, and experience in his usual intimate way. A musician since 1964 with over 100 albums to his name on 33 record labels he got his first bowls in 1971 and began to deepen his understanding of sacred sound in 1973 studying with a discarnate Tibetan from thousands of years prior to Buddhism entering Tibet.
